Existing Hotel SOP and other information as follows:

1. Check out time is 12NN (Request for late check-out has corresponding charges & is subject to AVAILABILITY)

2. Visiting hours is until 10:00pm ONLY, beyond that will be considered as extra person with an additional charge.

3. Hotel will require Php 1,000.00 incidental deposit upon check in which is refundable upon check out. Non-consumable.

4. Room key must be returned upon check-out. Php200 for any lost or damage.

5. Lost, damaged, or stained towels or linen will occur corresponding charges.

6. Cleaning is done upon request, except on check-in and check-out dates. If you do not want your room to be cleaned, please place “Do Not Disturb” sign outside of your door.

7. Kids 12 years old below are free of charge if shared bed with parents and maximum of 2 kids only per room. In those cases where breakfast is included in the room price, breakfast is not included for children when sharing a 8. room with parents. In such cases the hotel will charge for the child's breakfast directly.

8. This booking is not applicable for Dress Up of Wedding/ Debut or any Social Events. You may reach us out for further assistance and appropriate rate for package deal.

PROHIBITED INSIDE THE ROOM

1. All rooms are non-smoking (Penalty: 15,000)

2. Pets (of any kind)

3. Dried fish, durian or any food with foul smell.

4. Bringing in & using of electric flat iron. If found inside the room, Room Attendant will temporarily safekeep the item and return it upon check-out.

5. Massage Therapist are not allowed inside the hotel room.
